How to Pre-Enroll For Your H1N1 Flu Vaccine
We encourage all those interested in receiving the 2009 H1N1 vaccine at an OCHD clinic to pre-enroll online at www.oakgov.com/health . Pre-enrollment helps us with planning and also provides you with a consent form to take to the clinic of your choice. It should be noted that pre-enrollment does not guarantee a flu shot at our clinics. Flu shots will be provided based on availability. 2009 H1N1 flu clinics will be held after school hours or on Saturdays. Clinics will begin once OCHD has received 20,000 doses of the H1N1 vaccine. OCHD will offer the 2009 H1N1 vaccine free of charge.
