Wanting to get in on the cooking fun and share his Polish heritage with us, LHS Principal Ed Okuniewski was guest chef at cooking club and taught us how to prepare Nalesniki (Polish Pancakes). These yummy treats can be filled with fruits, jams or sweet or savory fillings.

It sure was fun having Mr. O join us and the nalesniki were delicious.
